1. Applicability 1.1. These General Terms and Conditions will apply to your registration with Psychologistdirect.com and to your use of the websites Psychologistdirect.com (hereinafter to be called: the 'Website'). 1.2. With your registration you will get the opportunity to present your practice on the Website and to use the other opportunities which the Website offers you. 2. Intellectual Property 2.1. The copyrights and other intellectual, industrial or other property rights on the information provided, texts published, logos or other material on the Website will rest with Psychologistdirect and/or its customers or suppliers and may not be made public, distributed or multiplied without the written consent of the entitled person. 3. Other Restrictions 3.1. You will only use this Website in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and you will not behave unnecessarily hurtfully or otherwise harmfully. 4. Term and Termination 4.1. Your registration with Psychologistdirect.com will apply for the term of one (1) year and will each time be tacitly renewed for the term of one (1) year with the proviso of a notice period of one (1) month. Payment 5.1. The cost of the use of the Website will annually be charged by means of an advance payment. You will pay the invoice in question within 14 days after the invoice date. 6. Liability 6.1. Psychologistdirect will pay constant care and attention to the contents and composition of the Website and its newsletters. The nature of its services however consists in the making available of space to place information for visitors of the Website. This is why the information to be consulted through the Website does partially not originate from Psychologistdirect. Psychologistdirect does not check the correctness and completeness of this information. 6.2.
