Even little changes can make a big difference in how you feel about yourself. I know change is scary sometimes but I promise to be right beside you and coach you the whole way. I have a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois in both counseling and educational psychology. I am the author of twenty books and dozens of articles. I have over 20 years experience helping children, couples and families.
